

Comprises a full candidate pre-selection assessment centre. This assessment centre consists of initial candidate pre-screening using ICDL's own Future Skills Analysis assessment, followed by a University Masters entry level type case study to determine the candidates ability to think strategically, analyse business problems and determine an appropriate approach.
The final element of this assessment centre will be a full psychometric screen using SHL's acclaimed range of tests based on rigorous guidelines as laid down by the British Psychological Society. Using proven, on-line tools including OPQ32 and MQ to analyse behaviour, attitude and motivation. Aptitude tests can optionally be included here as well such as SHL's Inductive Critical Resoning and Numeric Critical Reasoning.
This assessment centre will be run and managed by highly skilled assessors and a full report on each area will be forwarded to the client together with ICDL's recommendations before any interviewing by the client takes place. This approach will reduce dramatically the risk involved in the normal process of hiring individuals to carry out this critical role.
